Need help to create the Delta (Incremental) load for Data extraction

Dear All,

Am extracting the data through Rest API. Everytime when i extract the data whole complete data is getting extracted everytime and disc size is reaching saturation and its impacting performance.

Please help me to extract only new data (Incremental Load) which is Added,Modified,Deleted to move to my index.
Kindly provide me some sample of Incremental load scripts or steps.
