On Kibana 6.8.14
Is it possible to rename a field to all visualizations already created with an old one?
Is it possible to rename a field and that all visualizations linked to it are updated?

There's no automated way to do so. Two things I can think of:
- Use the saved objects API to export your saved objects, change them in bulk using a script and import them again Saved Objects API | Kibana Guide [6.8] | Elastic
- Use an alias field instead of renaming - old visualizations will depend on the old field name, but in discover and for new visualizations, you can use the new one: Alias datatype | Elasticsearch Reference [6.8] | Elastic
