New in ES - Indexing long text for Full Text Search

I have one very long text broken down into blocks.
when serching I need to return x words befor term and X words after term
EVEN IF THE WORDS ARE IN THE NEXT/PREV BLOCK

what whould be the best way to index this, and then how should I query?
