New to Elastic - Incorrect Training Lab username/password

I am new to Elastic. I am attempting an on-demand course. I cannot access the lab environment with the error that the username/password is incorrect. Is there a feature to retrieve my username and reset the lab environment password?

Hello,

You need to first sign up to Strigo using your own email address. Then you'll be able to access labs with the credentials provided.

Strigo support indicated that the issue was on the Elastic side.
