Newbie question: Elastic Search as NoSql analytics tool, help with concept of accuracy (for more than one shard)

Hi all,

Newbie question: trying to use Elastic Search as NoSql analytics tool (not
for text search). My understanding is that for more than one shard the
accuracy of counts and aggregations is an approximation? What if I'm using
exact term matching (text analysis turned off) and doing histogram
aggregations, will these be approximations in a cluster as well?

Would need some kind of pointer on this, bit in the dark on this. Currently
reading up on accuracy in the Elastic Search guide. I could set up routing
to specific shards to avoid this, but seems like an advanced topic.

Thank you in advance, Chris
