No data to display for the selected metrics should be shown for IP reputation when it does not have data

The graph should be shown when having data ,if there is no data should shown no data to display.
for this case not having any data but it doesn't show any string like "No data to display"

Expected Result:

it should print the string " No data to display for the selected metrics"
