No spaces match search criteria

Hi Experts,
I have installed kibana.But when I open the url
localhost:5601
I get the below issue:

Select your space

You can change your space at anytime

No spaces match search criteria

When i start the Kibana Service,I get the following logs:

If anyone could let me know how to resolve this

Did you enable security in Elasticsearch? If so, have you checked that the kibana username and password is set correctly in kibana.yml?
