No transactions found while searching by user_agent

I am new to Kibana and elastic and using the DSL to trying to filter out my transactions by user agent because I want to aggregate by browser and device origin.

But nothing is working. No matter what value I use, I keep getting back: "No transactions were found."

What am I doing wrong?

What does your data and mappings look like?

I am using default mappings at this moment. How do I show you what my data looks like? I am using real user monitoring and that looks like this:
