No value received in system.cpu.total.norm.pct in 7.3.0 and 7.3.1

Does anyone know, why no value is received in system.cpu.total.norm.pct from Metricbeat 7.3.0 and 7.3.1 on Windows 2016/2019 servers. It was working fine in previous versions.

hi @kagoadvs, can you provide the current configuration as well?
