Data NodeがNodeA、NodeB、NodeCの３つあるClusterがあり、NodeBが障害で使用不可になった場合、NodeA,CにあるReplicaがPrimaryとして振る舞うと認識しております。
その際、クラスタ設定変更のcluster.routing.allocation.exclude._name: "NodeB"でNodeBをshardのアロケーションから外した場合はどのようになるのでしょうか？
（前提：index設定はnumber_of_shards:1のnumber_of_replicas:1）
以下2つを想定しております。
・ReplicaからPrimaryを生成
・Replicaが1つのままで、Primaryとして振る舞い続ける
