Node stats, since when?

Hi,

In the Node Stats API, there are several metrics ending in _total and
_time_in_millis. Example:

  • merges.total
  • merges.total_time_in_millis

Is this calculated since the node was started, or is it the last XX hours?
This isn't documented anywhere, as far as I can see.
