Not able to connect with the java client ver 5.5.0

I have just installed the elasticsearch heroku add-on and setup security for a user with a role "transport_client", but for some reason i'm not able to login with my own code or for that matter with the example on github https://github.com/elastic/found-shield-example.

I'm getting this error, what I'm missing?

It looks like this is a cloud issue rather than an X-Pack one.

Would you be able to raise a ticket with our cloud team to try and sort it out?
