Not able to run plugin install logstash-input-beats in Windows

Hello,

I am trying to setup the Beats-->Logstash-->Elasticsearch-->Kibana
for all type of beats[Filebeat, Topbeat, Packetbeat and WinLogbeat]

In https://www.elastic.co/guide/en/beats/libbeat/current/getting-started.html section
I am running following command
bin\plugin install logstash-input-beats bute seeing below error

io/console not supported; tty will not be manipulated
Validating logstash-input-beats
Unable to download data from https://rubygems.org - certificate verify failed (h
ttps://api.rubygems.org/latest_specs.4.8.gz)
ERROR: Installation aborted, verification failed for logstash-input-beats

Please help me? any other alternate to install
