Not compiling new added .less file in kibana 5.5.2

Hello Sir,
I have changed into base.less file of kibana 5.5.2 but, it's not changing any thing,
means here kibana 5.5.2 is not compiling new added file or new changed .less file.
can you please help me here.

Are you running Kibana in a standard development environment? The download from elastic.co doesn't support modifying the source, a development version is necessary for that.
