[Novice] - Serizalization error

(Toni Alfirević) #1

Hello,

so I've just started today with elasticsearch and here is a problem that
I've come across.

(I found no way to beautify this code...)

I have not created any mappings yet...

Any direction will be appreciated

ES: Version is 0.90.5
JAVA: [root@devred logs]# java -d64 -version
java version "1.6.0_24"
OpenJDK Runtime Environment (IcedTea6 1.11.11)
(rhel-1.61.1.11.11.el6_4-x86_64)
OpenJDK 64-Bit Server VM (build 20.0-b12, mixed mode)

Also, should I be using newer java version?

Cheers,
T.

  1. You can not use "Serialized Object:" as a field name. Use
    "SerializedObject" (no space, no colon)

  2. Yes, use Java 7.
