I noticed that the Puppet Forge Elasticsearch installation module provided by Elastic has been deprecated at the end of March 2022 (elastic/elasticsearch · Module for managing and configuring Elasticsearch nodes · Puppet Forge). The recommended one to use now is the one by Vox Pupuli (https://forge.puppet.com/modules/puppet/elasticsearch).
Is there a reason for this change, and why the module is no longer maintained by the Elastic team?

We've seen a pretty quick switch away from host-level config management because of the container revolution, and we are focussing on container automation over host automation internally.
