In last version of Kibana ( < 5.0), I had other cursor when I wanted to filter a row.
How can I go back to the old marker without changing the version ?

The structure of the markup as well as the styles have changed to achieve the new functionality.
There isn't an easy way to accomplish what you want.
You could create a plugin that attempts to hack in the functionality that you are looking for, but you're probably better off adapting to the new functionality.
