One instance of log4net not appearing in elasticsearch

We have an instance of Log4net that does not appear to be appearing in elastic search. If we log log4net into the event logs it logs fine. The log4net config has the same setup as other applications on the same server which log fine.

Can anyone suggest ways to identify where the problem lies?
