I am looking for the best option to export and archive large amounts of data from elasticsearch. I have to keep some data in cold storage so to speak. It will be data that potentially may never be searched again, but we may need it for one reason or another. I don't mind if it takes a day or so to restore the data so we can export and/or search again.
