Output Sample for HTTP

I'd like to see the data going to one of my http outputs, is there a simple way to see this. I do not have control of the http destination.

I have created another output to stdout and that is fine however I want to confirm exactly what is being sent via the http method.

You can try increasing Logstash's log level, but if that doesn't help why not capture the network traffic on the Logstash host?
