I am loaded packetbeat for Mongo DB index patterns to kibana , now how i link mongo db patterns to existing mongo db index ?

If you have Packetbeat data in ES then you don't need to do anything.
Or have you changed the names of the indices that you are sending this data to?
Hi i loaded packetbeat index pattern and now have mapping conflict , filebeat and topbeat are ok with no mapping conflict.
Do u know how to solve it?
Maybe if you post more technical details, like any errors etc.

I see the following error : Mapping conflict! A field is defined as several types (string, integer, etc) across the indices that match this pattern. You may still be able to use these conflict fields in parts of Kibana, but they will be unavailable for functions that require Kibana to know their type. Correcting this issue will require reindexing your data.
