I would like to log HTTP requests from MPLS traffic (one or two labels)
Packetbeat does support MPLS?
I'm tried both pcap and af-packet modes without success.

MPLS is not supported. Feel free to fill an enhancement request. One problem I see with MPLS is with IPv6 support. The MPLS entry/header also overwrites the protocol type in the underlying ethernet header. Without additional out-of band information, matching the labels to a protocol type one has to assume IPv4 always. But given the age and original design considerations of MPLS I guess there are a many more problems when using MPLS with IPv6 networks anyways.
