Partial Match,Exact Match and Keyword Filter for the same field

For eg: I have a value "RP11-625H11.1" for the field.

So If I search as "RP" or "rp" or "RP11-625H11.1" or "rp11-625h11.1" it should display the result. Suggest me which custom filter or predefined filter I can use in this case?
