as i create visualization, which shows the percentage of IP address requests from the total requests of queries?

First off, if possible, I strongly advise you upgrade Kibana to a supported version. 4.5.x reached end-of-life on 2017-09-30.
In my example below, I have the IP address stored in a field called ip. You essentially want a "terms aggregation" over the ip field. This will create the chart showing the percentage of requests based on IP Address:
