Pie Chart cuts Labels

When creating a Pie chart with enabled labels and you shrink your visualization, the labels get cut so one is no longer able to read them. No hovering, marking with "...", etc to make them readable again or give a hint that they are cut off.

I'm using Kibana 6.4.1.

We have an open issue that we are tracking for this issue: https://github.com/elastic/kibana/issues/15184
