PKI Auth on Elasticsearch Service

It is well documented that Elasticsearch can be configured to authenticate users via PKI authentication but can this be configured for deployments on Elastic Cloud?

This page references three auth providers, none of which are PKI

This page lists supported settings but does not list the pki realm config
https://www.elastic.co/guide/en/cloud/current/ec-add-user-settings.html

So is it not possible today? Is there any way to achieve this?

Correct ,this is not possible today , PKI authentication is not available in Elasticsearch Service
