Posting Values for two fields one for Label Formatter and one for Link Formatter in URL

Hi,
I have two fields populated in Elastic Search. One is Result and the other is URL.

When displaying in Kibana, I am trying to create a data table that should show "Result" and upon clicking on "Result" should take to URL link.

I have played around with URL Template and Label Template but couldn't figure out how I can post one value to Label Template and URL to URL template.

Result can be: Pass/Fail/Abort/Indeterminate
Example URL can be : http://www.google.com / http://www.yahoo.com/ http://elastic.co
(can be anything)
