Problem to access Elastic portal https://local.host:12443/deployments

When I try access the link to my ECE installation I receive the following error:

'Error: Service Unavailable'
'at y (https://local.host:12443/app.ac60c57da441fe117e33.js:2:252916)'
'at m (https://local.host:12443/app.ac60c57da441fe117e33.js:2:252875)'
'at https://local.host:12443/app.ac60c57da441fe117e33.js:2:251884'

This link was ok, but when I did restart the cluster the related problem begin.

My environment is deployed in Docker.
