Problems with Viewing a Query Only the Last Modified Date and ID

I have a "Doubt" problem if it is possible to do that, when I create in the view fields in term, "Modification date" and "ID", I would like to get the last modification, how do I filter this
not to repeat the same ID. As pictured below

there' s no out-of-the-box support to get the "last modified document". but you could try using t he "top hit" metric.

For example, this configuration grabs the last time a url.raw has been requested.
