Rabbit MQ file beat unable to install in ubuntu

curl -L -O https://artifacts.elastic.co/downloads/beats/filebeat/filebeat-7.15.2-linux-x86_64.tar.gz
tar xzvf filebeat-7.15.2-linux-x86_64.tar.gz

Post execution it does create a folder with filebeat-7.15.2-linux-x86_64 name. nothing else. No foilder in usr/share or etc
