This release contains several improvements and bug fixes:
We have simplified the track syntax so challenges are now optional.
We include a logging configuration file now in ~/.rally/logging.json.
Rally can now more flexibly derive the Java version that is needed to run Elasticsearch.

pip3 install --upgrade esrally - ... install:
pip3 install esrally
