How to benchmark already installed elasticsearch through rally in offline mode?Also for pre-installed es source build mode should be used or binary distribution can be used?Please explain and share the steps.

You mean you want to benchmark a cluster that you've already setup? We've got you covered in the docs as well. You need to use the so-called "benchmark-only" pipeline.
