Refresh rate < 1 second

Hi all,

The default refresh rate is 1 second.

Would performance degrade significantly if I change the refresh rate to 0.5
seconds or less. For our system, the real-time aspect is quite critical.

I plan to run experiments, but I thought it might be a good idea to hear if
people have tried similar things?

Refresh rate creates more load on the system as it happens, and, depending
on your update rate. But I think you should be ok.
