We are writing an Elasticsearch repository plugin for Oracle BM Object storage(https://docs.us-phoenix-1.oraclecloud.com/Content/Object/Concepts/overview.htm) and wanted to know what is best way to contribute. What is the criteria that a plugin is included as a core plugin, and if we create the plugin as an Oracle git repository(https://github.com/oracle), how can that be referred from the official documentation - https://www.elastic.co/guide/en/elasticsearch/plugins/current/repository.html
