Request tab is not shown in Error occurrence

Hello. I have APM 6.5 and flask agent.
In APM, request tab is shown well in Transaction sample.
But in error occurrence, request tab is not shown like below screenshot.

I'd like to know whether it is error or any settings to show request tab in error occurrence.

It's possible that this error happened outside of a request (e.g. a log message). Can you tell from the stack trace is this could be the case?
