Retry option in snapshot api to remote nfs

Hi,

We are planning to snapshot api to backup ES data to NFS filesystem.
Wanted to know if there is any retry option if there is any connectivity issue when the snapshot api is run/running.

Hi @mrudrego

The snapshot functionality does not do any retrying on top of what the NFS implementation provides by itself I'm afraid.
One way to ensure that snapshots are taken at a certain rate would be to set up snapshots on a schedule via SLM.
