River twitter - Failed to load class with value [twitter]

ElasticSearch 0.16.2 - i try http://www.elasticsearch.org/guide/reference/river/twitter.html
but in index i have this error: NoClassSettingsException[Failed to
load class with value [twitter]]; nested:
ClassNotFoundException[twitter];

Any help ?

plugin -install river-twitter

Install, but not restart elasticsearch.
