RPM for Kibana 7.17.16 missing

it seems like that the RPM for Kibana 7.17.16. is missing in the official https://artifacts.elastic.co/packages/7.x/yum. Why is that and is the version going to be downloadable soon?

I know that, but we need the version for a couple of machines which is why we download it from a centralized repo.

Same problem here, manual download is not a long term solution.
