The description is for "exec" plugin and not RSS.

It looks ok to me? Can you screenshot what you are seeing?

The description (presumably harvested from the code) is wrong. The url/interval parameters are OK.

The Description line does not represent what an RSS input would do. Sounds more like the exec plugin.
