Scroll api performance is very poor

Hi Team,

I used scroll api to get records more than 10000.I am trying to fetch approx 4 lack records and size parameter set to 50 thousand. but the performance is very slow.could you let me know any other api or any other alternative.it takes 2 mins approx.
