We currently using ES 1.3.7 and we are experiencing some weird behavior.
Currently we are using delete by query API, and since in 1.5.0 it became
deprecated (we are planning to upgrade) we are trying to use the scroll API
and bulk delete queries.
The problem occurs when we update some documents and after that execute a
scroll API call. After printing the scroll API result, we've noticed that
the printed documents (the ones that should have been updated) contain old
information.
We've tried to force flush on the index, but it appears that the response
is returned before the flush has finished.
Any idea how we can verify indexing operations currently in progress?
