Searching Document (NEST) with Selecting fields to return

Hi,

I am quite new in Elasticsearch and I have some questions. The case is "FS-Crawler" is used with Elastic to index a group of documents. I am trying to search (using NEST) the content of the documents with filtration for some fields like (file_name, file_created) and I want to select specific fields to return. I followed the link below:

Is there another way to search without enabling _source option in the indexing stage?!
