Set Index Settings on Restore?

Is it possible to set index settings on restore?

I have a hot/warm setup and run w/ include_global_state=false (to avoid overriding templates).

Ideally I want to have certain snapshots restore directly to 'warm' (box_type) nodes.

Similar to question Restore from snapshot only to warm node?.
