Shard rebalancing after adding nodes

So we have two data nodes and all indexes are created with 2 primary and 1 replica shard.

If we add two more data nodes to the cluster, would it be correct to assume that Elastic will rebalance the cluster so that each node holds 1 shard, ie. either a primary or a replica?
