Shard stuck with stage FINALIZE but RELOCATING for more than 7 hours

Hello,

We have indexes that we wanted to move on other nodes but since the shards have been RELOCATING for more than 7 hours. Then the files and bytes have all been moved to 100%.
Below is the monitoring capture of the cluster with the allocation of shards that no longer evolve

Can you help me solve that?
