I think we should not allow people to remove content.
Thoughts?
Sometimes it's useful, eg redaction after the fact. But locking a post once it is done means they can't edit.
In that linked instance it's not cool and I think we should try to enforce behaviour by comments, rather than technology.

Should we "undelete" the message then unless a good reason is given?
