Each file is sending some statuses during loading process.
How to have dashboard showing all files with latest status per each file?

Can you share a little more info about how the documents are structured? Roughly speaking we'll want status and filename in different fields. We'll want to do a terms aggregation on filename, with a top hits metric sorted on timestamp on the status field.
