Size(number of results to be returned) per each index

Hi ,
Can any one help for following scenario.
I have 3 indexes for e.g jobs,files,tags
when user enters some keyword I want to search in all the 3 indexes and return top 5 results from each index.
can we do this search at once, I can able to do this for single index.
Please help.
