Snapshot create and restore without shared fs

I have 3 nodes with elastic search v5.4 and create snapshot after set path.repo in three nodes.(without set any shared fs or folders)

And it all goes well, the shards of indices are stores in three nodes.

However when I try to restore them, some shards are lost.

Is there any way I can backup and restore indices without shared file system?

It is a requirement to use a shared file system so that all the nodes have access to the same location (https://www.elastic.co/guide/en/elasticsearch/reference/current/modules-snapshots.html)
