Snapshot error - The specified bucket does not exist

Hello, I have a ECK cluster and when I try to register a repository but when I click on "verify repository" I receive an error saying that the bucket don't exist:

The bucket exists and I can access it from the pods using the aws cli using the credentials stored at the keystore. I'm using an s3-like service (netapp). ES version is 7.17.3.

I have other clusters that uses the same helm template and docker image where I can perform snapshots without issues.
